Yes. For limited spaces, we recommend Monoblock designs (filling & capping on one starwheel) or U-shaped conveyor layouts to fold the line length and minimize footprint.

What is the lead time for a custom line?

Standard module integration typically takes 45-60 days. Complex custom solutions or lines with extensive downstream equipment may require 90-120 days.

Can you integrate my existing labeler?

Absolutely. We have strong electrical integration capabilities (PLC Communication) and can interface your existing equipment into the new central control system.

Do you provide GMP validation documents?

Yes. For pharmaceutical and biotech clients, we provide a full validation package, including material certificates, wiring diagrams, manuals, and IQ/OQ protocols.
