1. Manual Loading
Operator places empty bottles into the tabletop starwheel jig.
2. Indexing & Diving
Starwheel positions bottles. Nozzles automatically dive into the bottles.
3. Dual Filling
Two pumps fill simultaneously. Nozzles rise as liquid level increases.
4. Auto Output
Finished bottles are moved to the collection area via conveyor.
